Storm of the Southern Lands
The Ordano river runs South out of the Northlands through the Grey Mountains and into the Southern lands. It is so immense that no bridge can be built to cross it, although very wide it is also very slow, some say that a strong breeze could push the river back upon itself. Home to a vast array of species it is the life blood of the Southern lands.
Every spring the river overflows it’s banks and deposits silt onto the flood plains before shrinking back to it’s banks.
